Envolve Infrastructure have today successfully completed the acquisition of Tŷ Draig Group Limited incorporating Edwards Diving Services & Remar Safety Services 

The acquisition supports the continued and ambitious growth plans of Envolve and expands our direct delivery capabilities within the water and marine sector to include commercial diving, fabrication, marine civil engineering, engineering inspection, surveying, safe access and breathing air systems.

Edwards Diving Services (EDS) was founded back in 1992 by Paul Edwards. It has evolved from a specialist inshore diving contractor into a trusted marine and civil engineering strategic partner with Remar Safety Services (RSS) supporting the core business and the external market with breathing air system services.

The acquisition increases the capabilities of Envolve to include Diving Services, Civil & Marine Engineering Services, Engineering Inspection Services, Safety Access  & Rescue , Mechanical and Fabrication services, Bridge & Culvert Engineering, Surveying & Geomatics and Breathing Apparatus Servicing, Supply & Training. These complimentary capabilities allow Envolve to expand its service offering for new and existing clients, supporting the AMP investment in the water sector and the wider environmental protection focus on waterways and marine investment.
