Edwards Diving Services Reaches Final Four at Constructing Excellence Wales Awards
A fantastic evening at the Celtic Manor saw Edwards Diving Services recognised as one of Wales’ leading businesses after being shortlisted for the Constructing Excellence Wales 2026 Awards.
Competing in the SME of the Year (51–250 employees) category, Edwards Diving Services reached the final four from 34 applicants, with the judging panel praising the strength of the company’s submission.
The award recognised excellence across all areas of our organisation, with particular emphasis on our commitment to our people. Judges praised the positive workplace culture we have created, alongside our investment in staff training, wellbeing, and professional development, recognising EDS as a truly outstanding place to work.
A selection of Edwards Diving Services’ managers and engineers were delighted to represent the company at the awards ceremony. The evening was a fantastic opportunity to celebrate the dedication, hard work and commitment of everyone across the business, and to recognise the invaluable contribution our employees make to the continued success of EDS.
